BODIED: CNN's Jake Tapper comes firing out of the gate at State Sec. Blinken and Pres. Biden, asking: "This is not just about the overall idea of leaving Afghanistan. This is about leaving hastily and ineptly. Secretary Blinken, how did President Biden get this so wrong?"
Citing Obama's former ambassador to Afghanistan, Ryan Crocker, Tapper then brought up serious concerns about Biden's ability to lead America at all. "I'm left with some grave questions in my mind about Biden's ability to lead our nation as commander-in-chief," he read.
Things grew heated as Tapper grilled Blinken on how "ineptly planned" the withdrawal was, noting Biden withdrew 2,500 troops then had to send in 5,000 troops to help evacuate Americans and Afghan allies. He also called out how wrong Biden was about the situation unraveling.
Tapper scolded Blinken for trying to repeatedly change the subject and demanded to know if the administration knows they screwed up, if they offered concessions, and if they promise to make sure every American gets out of the country unharmed. Blinken didn't make that promise.
"Why now? Why are you just doing that now," Tapper shouted, noting that "On this show, we've been talking for months about the need to evacuate these thousands of Afghan translators and others who helped U.S. service members during the war." He also knows vets trying to help.
CBS Evening News praises Gen. Milley's treachery with his alleged promise to aid China in combat if the U.S. would strike under Trump. They also celebrated him going around the chain of command and subverting the president's authority with the nuke codes citing his delusions.
On NBC Nightly News, Andrea Mitchell essentially made the argument that Milley was right to commit treason and promise aid to China. Despite the fact Milley's delusions had no merit, she argued it really looked like Trump was going to start a war with China.
Over on ABC, their coverage mostly consisted of chief Washington correspondent Jon Karl reading excerpts of the book. He did note that Milley was not in the chain of command but was instructing orders to only listen to his orders and not the president's.
NBC's Jacob Soboroff tore into Gov. Newsom tonight's Nightly News. He called out the Governor's dishonest smears of the recall by pointing out how Democrats have led the state for 10 years and poverty exploded. He also spoke to an independent who became Republican to vote him out
In sharp contrast, ABC's Matt Gutman brushed aside Newsom's COVID hypocrisy and tried to stoke fear of Larry Elder. "He opposes the minimum wage, has called climate change a myth, and wants to roll back many of the state's COVID restrictions, " he warned.
And for CBS's part, Major Garrett also downplayed Newsom's COVID hypocrisy but parroted Newsom's campaign talking points cautioning would-be recall voters that Larry Elder was just like Trump. And actually boasted about how Newsom was trying to link the two.
After rolling over and letting the Taliban dictate American foreign policy and dictate how we evacuate our citizens, Biden attempts to threaten ISIS-K claiming he'll strike at the time and place of his choosing. And placed no blame on the Taliban for letting the bombers through.
Biden sticks by his decision to rely on terrorists to protect US forces and American civilians. He argues it wasn't a "mistake" to trust the Taliban even though they allowed the bombers through and to kill Americans, because they're operating in their self-interest.
An AP reporter just advocated for the military to pack up immediately and leave, which would result in more Americans being abandoned to terrorists
Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster calls out the weakness of American leadership that led to the attacks on the Kabul airport. "I think what we have done is we have exuded extraordinary weakness and weakness invites these kinds of attacks."
He went on to warn that our "surrender" to a terrorist organization and scramble to leave will result in more parallels to Saigon and then the Iranian hostage crisis.
And when prompted by CNN's Jim Sciutto to blame former President Trump, McMaster noted that "the Biden administration reversed a lot of Trump policies, they could have reversed this," the "capitulation agreement." Adding: "I don't believe the President's hands were tied."
Speaking to @BretBaier, @RepMeijer calls out the Biden administration for lying to the American people about what's happening on the ground at the airport in Kabul.
Further, @RepMeijer details the "horrific" situation. "We are putting our soldiers and Marines in impossible situations, but they are living up to their code and we should be proud..." He also went over how difficult is for American citizens to make it through the crowd.
When asked about the administration's objects to the trip, @RepMeijer unloaded: "Right now they have done everything they can to obstruct the situation, to deny this reality, and, frankly, to hide facts from the American people."
Every lib journo that had Avenatti on their show to boost him up are complicit in his crimes. You inflated his ego so that he thought he could get away with anything.
