Did you know that city approvals for development projects expire? That's the next item we're (maybe) gonna touch on: Extending one, bc it got all messed up due to COVID.
Basically, this project was approved in 2017 but then took another 2 years to get all the documents it needed from the city. Then came COVID.
So it got delayed quite a bit. Two extensions have already been issued, but it needs another, bc it's original approval is no longer valid without one.

Finalists will be named at the Sept. 28 meeting.
