Maha Lakshmi Chintana 🙏🙏🙏

Etymologically the word LAKSHMI is derived from the Sanskrit word LAKSHYA meaning;
the one who is a sign/symbol/mark of; whose LAKSHANA (attribute/quality) is and who is an embodiment/personification of auspicious attributes like..... contd,
JnaAna, Bhakti, Guna, Aiswarya, Sukha, Arogya, Dhana, DhaAnya, Jaya, Dhairya/Bala, Prosperity/Opulence, Splendour, Charm, Lustre etc.... who is none other than the Supreme Devatha Goddess SRIDEVI the consort of the Supreme God Vishnu;
LAKSHMI-NARAYANA the Supreme God & Goddess are inseparable. They always live together;

where Lakshmi is not present Sri Hari will not be there and where Sri Hari is not there Lakshmi does not stay.
The Divine couple are inseparable. They are not separated even when they manifest as avatara's. This is explained in Sri Vishnu Purana as follows...

RaAghavatway-abavat Sita, Rukmini Krishna janmani !
Anyeshu chavatareshu Vishno-resha-yanapayinee !!
Devatvey Deva-deheyam, Manushyatvey cha manushee !
Vishnor dehanu-roopam vai karoth yesha-yatmani tanum!!
(Vishnu Purana, 1-9-144 &145)
Goddess Lakshmi is forever united with Lord Vishnu. When He is Rama, She is Sita, when He is Krishna, she is Rukmini; when He is Varaha She is Bhoo-Devi; when the Lord is Srinivasa, She is Padmavathi Devi (AlameluManga at Tiruchanoor) so on & so forth.
Goddess Lakshmi takes a suitable form as per Lord's directions/will and adjusts herself according to the embodiments of Lord Vishnu. She (Goddess Lakshmi) cannot be without Lord Vishnu even for a fraction of a second.
Lord Vishnu (Srinivasa) is eulogized as "Srivatsavaksha – Srivaasa – Sripathi" the one who bears an auspicious mole (emblem) on his Chest (Srivatsavaksha). This auspicious mole is none other than Goddess Lakshmi.
He is the one who is the abode for Goddess Lakshmi (Srivaasa) who eternally lives (nithya-anapaayani) with Her Lord Sripathi.

They are Lakshmi NaAraayana - They should be worshipped together;
While LOrd SriHari is the Supreme, His consort Goddess Lakshmi Devi is only next to Him in Taratamya much higher than Brahma/Vaayu; She is Nitya MUkta;
Goddess Lakshmi is known as KsheeraSamudraRaaja ThanayaaM since She has emerged from Ksheera Samudra in Vaivaswatha Manvanthara;

Goddess Lakshmi Devi is known as BHARGAVI as She was born as daughter of Bhrigu Maharshi in one of the Manvantharas;

➡️SYMBOLISM OF LORD GANESHA - Pointers...

> What does it convey?

Generally, we find Lord Ganesha depicted as a dwarf and fatty figure with pot belly, elephant head, large ears, small eyes, long nose, mouse as vehicle etc.

contd...
From an artistic angle this figure is most enchanting and blissful. But, behind this artistic symbolism hidden is, a philosophy, a moral, a management principle and a lesson for every body to learn in life. contd...
> Big Head: Simple living and high thinking. It depicts the wisdom, knowledge (intelligence), discrimination, clear planning, and foresightedness which are very much the principles of management.

Anusandhana for worshiping Lord Ganesha.....
Sri GanapatiAntargatha
BharatiramanaMukhyaPranaAntargatha
Sri ViswaroopaViswambharayaNamaha;
Lord Ganesha's worship/anugraha/blessings are very much required to mitigate Vipareeta JnyaAna and to know/learn yathaArtha jnyaAna ie., "Hari SArvottama-Vaayu Jeevottama"
To get rid of vaKra buddHi (purverted intelligence); to have discriminative intelligence one should worship, have वक्रतुण्ड महाकाय anugraha, it is very much required; Lord of Vignas (obstacles), Lord Ganesha is controller of obstacles & destroyer of miseries of his devotees.

As we come to the fag end of sacred lunar month #SRAVANA let us try to understand
> why so much significance for sRavAna star?
Sravana star is considered as Sri Hari (Vishnu) Nakshathra.

While Moon is the star lord, Lord Vishnu is the star Deity of Sravana nakshathra.

Sri Vaamana avathara of Lord Vishnu took place in the constellation of Sravana.
It is said & believed that Lord Vishnu (Lord Srinivasa) stepped His foot on Tirumala hills in search of his consort Goddess Lakshmi in Sravana constellation. At Tirumala temple, nine day festival Brahmotsavam concludes every year invariably on the day coinciding with Sravana Star
