This LinkedIn message signed a $3k/mo deal for a client

Target: Ecommerce stores

Offer: Increasing email revenue from a Klaviyo agency

Here's a breakdown of why it worked

THREAD Image
Opening LinkedIn message:

"It's great to be connect with you, {{name}}. {{personalized line}}

Quick question, do you use Klaviyo for email marketing?"

Short messages ALWAYS win

Keep it short
No answer to the first message, which is why the follow ups are important

Second follow up:

"You wouldn't be interested in OFFER, would you {{name}}?"

Make your message low barrier
Prospect replies but asks to send more info to a colleague

From there email the colleague:

> Subject line: "RE: {{name}}"

> Refer to the LinkedIn conversation with a screenshot

> CTA: "Do you have some time this week or next for a quick chat?" Image
Manually book a time on calendar that works with the prospect's colleague

DONE

EASY

CAKE

Let's do math

You pay your first line writer $0.80 per first line

They make 8/10 - 9/10 quality lines

You get a 4% meeting book rate

You close 25% of calls

You charge $3,000

continued...
So you need 4 calls to make $3,000.

In other words, you need 100 first lines to make $3,000

Cost:

> $80
> They can only produce 30 per day / take days off
> Time spent managing & hiring them
Say you use AI to write first lines.

They're consistently 7/10 quality

You get a 3% meeting book rate

You pay $0.24 per piece

This cold email got a 100% cold prospect on the phone

Target: funded startups

Offer: creative branding from a creative branding agency

Let's break it down and why it worked

THREAD
Subject Line: quick question

"wah wah everybody uses that subject line"

Ya everybody uses it because it works

Use it
The first sentence of the email is so individually personalized that you couldn't send it to anybody else.

This is what they see as the preview text in their inbox.

So they click it.

The function of the subject line and preview text is to get them to OPEN

Little insights on how to make more money

THREAD
Agency:

> Downsell coaching to prospects who don't bite your done-for-you offer

> Upsell existing prospects on new offers you create (you do FB, hire or whitelabel a Klaviyo expert to do email marketing)

> Make a small course ~$200 course you can downsell
Digital Products:

> Put the checkout form ON the sales page (less buttons, more conversions)

> Have order bumps (check this box to add this to your order)

> One click upsell

> Apple/Google Pay

Best platform is SamCart, I use it (affiliate)

Here it is, my sending tool

Mailerrize.com

Here's what's inside...
Use either one email account

Or sync multiple email accounts on a single campaign

Don't wanna start at just 5 emails per day?

Buy a shit ton of domains and sync them. Emails will evenly disperse among accounts.

All follow ups send from original sending email account
Email warmup included for free on every email account

Here are the situations where cold email makes sense

THREAD
Situation 1:

You are selling an agency service. You are new. You have minimal capital. You are below $10,000/mo.

WHY?

Because it is the cheapest way to get into contact with people
Don't let somebody come along and say "bro you'll get so many more leads with Facebook ads"

YOU DON'T RUN ADS WHEN YOU'RE A BEGINNER.

LET ME EXPLAIN
