Great news from Afghanistan. Taliban leadership declared "we will not make beards mandatory, will not ban music, will not make burqa mandatory, will not decide your haircut".

Announced by Haja Wafa speaking to ulema council. But he added ullama should educate people what their sins are.

According to Taliban sources brother of Ashraf Ghani pledged alliance to Taliban. Taliban declared amnesty for Ashraf Ghani and Amrullah Saleh.

@washingtonpost confirms only 30 taliban killed in total past 4 days while for example dutch media @NOS reports 300 taliban killed. Reason why they didnt anticipate rapid take-over of Afghanistan is because they dont report facts.

According to Taliban sources they gave orders to their fighters not to attack run away soldiers lead by amrullah, but proceed with fight against local militia allied with Massoud.

Brother of Ashraf Ghani, Hamid Ghani Ahmedza saysi in an interview with Indian national TV Ahmed Massoud will not fight the Taliban and will settle for truce if offered a place in inclusive government.

But I see pictures from Taliban sources of Taliban fighters burning Massoud's picture on their way to Panjshir. They now have massed 6000+ fighters around Panjshir with heavy weapons.
