Most NA accounts sharing info about panjshir are not local sources and therefore cannot be verified. If multiple local sources share same info indepently from each other they are more reliable. One local NA source is stating NA received equipment from Tajisktan.

As prove he shared this picture but we know NA has a few helicopters in panjshir but according to russian intel no fuel to use them in the battle. And we also no Taliban has surrounded Panjshir and has helikopters, manpads and even fighter jets.

With NA attacks last friday in Baghlan district they tried to mobilize Tajiks but failed. Most Tajiks dont want war, but work together with all Afghan parties for a better future for all ethnic groups in Afghanistan. Only massoud is hijacking 170k civilians for his own ego.

Taliban announced deadline 31st will not be extended. They will not allow afghans to go to airport, only foreigners. But devil is in the detail, taliban stated in principle after 31st end of evacuations of foreigeners should end. Let see how that detail will work out.

The detail also the deadline for US troops withdrawal. They left some room for interpretation. To safe both faces they can agree on civilian transports or other members from Nato. We will see how things play out coming days.
