2/ Staking itself is not complicated but you have to be aware of some aspects. At first here is the official guide for staking for the $MOVR $GLMR team:
3/ How to start staking $MOVR, Halaster? Of course you now just open the APP and ensure connection of your Metamask wallet. The link to the APP is here: apps.moonbeam.network/moonriver/
4/ Now go to the Staking - Manage Nominations button and you will see this options to pick! Minimum for staking is 5 $MOVR and it takes to rounds to see the rewards. Be careful and read the next tweet! 
5/ Be aware that at the moment only the top 40 $MOVR collators are producing block and only by nominating them you will get the staking rewards. See the official statement here:
6/ How to choose a $MOVR validator ensuring me staking rewards? Please click on the 'Research collators at Suscan' button and you will see the ranking of the collators.
7/ Furthermore I did check where my $MOVR stake is within the TOP10 for this collator. So e.g. if you stake 1000 $MOVR how high would my rank within this collator be. But that's me.
8/ Top 10 nominated her rewards per collator. Will be changed to top100 per collator today.
