@GavinNewsom @CAgovernor @POTUS Where is the money and resources and real options for veteran homeowners who were fighting with every last cent they had BEFORE covid to keep their homes..tomorrow that
protection ends, fast tracking us onto the streets because this country has no plan nor desire to help us..The full 18 month extension of the Cares Act was forced onto lenders who now have no need nor desire to help the underwater mortgage they bought and carry.
the VA is useless, there are NO PROGRAMS NOR AID FOR US! Shame!!! The existing homeless crisis in our country, the wealthiest country with the biggest military budget, and we cant keep our vets housed..shame!
@SenFeinstein We've begged for help for years, nothing, vets deserve better. The 3rd largest lender holds our mortgage, bought in already underwater status years ago. With the only offering of help coming in the way of forbearances that had nothing to remedy
the delinquency in the end..This has done nothing but allow them to charge excessive additional fees and costs, knowing it will be too great to get paid down..We have no options, no resources and there is
no existing program to help veteran families get caught up or pay for the legal battle to fight these wealthy investor controlled lenders in court, they win,
adding to the suicide rate and homeless crisis..You all are quiet!! Our Vets and their families deserve more from this country! #KeepOurVetsHoused

@CFPB @CFPBMilitary should investiage every lender and investor who supports them, of every single underwater mortgage that is bought by lenders and their investors..If a lender buys an already underwater mortgage, especially a VA loan, it should be monitored to protect us

@GavinNewsom The program "Keep Your Home California" was a life saver and a home saver until it ran out of funding. If california cared about the homeless crisis more focus should be put on programs like this that actually save homes and prevent adding to the homeless pop
that you already struggle to help us tackle. Stop allowing investors and lenders to half ass their "help" for homeowners and offer real help for underwater mortgage holders now..We matter, our families matter, veterans deserve better.
Stop foreclosures now. Listen to and tell our story and the growing list of veteran families who need you to do your job and protect them. Lenders, investors and the US govt need to investigate the underwater VA mortgages and talk to us VA homeowners..

Does the mainstream media really care so little about veterans and their families that its that easy to ignore attempts to contact them to just get their story heard so that maybe someone somewhere who can help actually can. This country is flat out failing its veterans and it
should be front page news..these are the real real patriots in this country and these are their families..lenders and investors continue to get away with skirting laws and because they arent given an incentive
to actually save homes which saves lives, companies like @FreedomMortgage and their investors like @GinnieMaeGov can throw struggling disabled families like mine onto one forbearance after another without ever doing a damn thing to help fix the actual problem.

today i saw a commercial for @RocketMortgage and their dedication to helping veterans here at home..@JDFarner is the Ceo..I reached out desperately to rocket mortgage and every company who claims to support and want to help veterans and veteran housing crisis and was disappointed
As most of you know my veteran family has been fighting not one but now two garbage mortgage companies trying to keep from losing our home. We have don everything they have asked and time after time thrown on forbearances that dont actually help and in fact worsen the problem
My husband has has given 12 years to a country that has turned their backs onus, and its the same nightmare horror story for a now rapidly growing number of veteran families trying to just save their homes and not become the next vet family on the streets.

If you're response just give up and go rent someplace, let me be the first to remind you that if it were that simple id have saved myself the stress, the agony, the illegal and continued abuse, the nightmares and health issues to do just that. but heres how this actually works..
income, credit, and the money for storage and movers are factual things that you have to have..we dont, in any form, nothing, nada, zilch..As my health continues to deteriorate i made the mistake of thinking that someone somewhere would care and help me atleast get the fundraiser
out there..help share it..I already know first hand that banks, the lender, and government on every level dont give a fawk..they havent in the last four years, but i did think that life wasnt a popularity contest, and people have been through so much that they would understand..
