THREAD 1/ 🏴 The Scottish Social Services Council have released their 2020 report on the social work, social care & early years workforce.
The size of the workforce has increased to 209,690, a rise of 1.6% since 2019. This is the highest level recorded since these reports began.

The stability index of the workforce is 80.8%. This means over four fifths of the workforce remained in the same post since last year.
