Heavy rain caused the Schuylkill River to overflow and cause a lot of flooding in Philly — including on Boathouse Row.

Vine Street Expressway essentially turned into a canal Thursday evening, and crews are still pumping out water back into the Schuylkill.

In snow and freezing weather, hundreds of Philadelphians are waiting in an hours-long line to get vaccinated at the Black Doctor’s COVID-19 Consortium’s 24-hour, walk-up clinic at Temple's Liacouras Center.

The clinic plans to be open until noon Saturday.
