Floodwaters from #Ida overtook roads around the Manayunk section of Philadelphia between Route 76 and Main Street.
Bucks County officials urged residents to take caution as rivers continue to swell — and to stay home if possible.

Officials said they are most concerned about the Delaware River and Neshaminy Creek, and expect the river to crest late Thursday evening.

In snow and freezing weather, hundreds of Philadelphians are waiting in an hours-long line to get vaccinated at the Black Doctor’s COVID-19 Consortium’s 24-hour, walk-up clinic at Temple's Liacouras Center.

The clinic plans to be open until noon Saturday.
