Let’s not forget…..
3 out of 9 member of the Board of Governor’s are Democrats or appointed by Joe Biden.
The other 6 are all TFG appointees

Now, @jheckmanWFED might be able to explain this better than I can. Ron was appointed to fill the remainder of a 7 yr term that was expiring in Dec. 2020. He’s in a holdover year.
That would suggest that his position expires in Dec 2021.

Lucky for us he’s set to have his term expire on Dec 8, 2021 and I would bet we have someone already to be appointed in the wings by Joe Biden

He was also appointed to serve the remainder of another 7 year term that expires in December, 2022

So, although not pretty and not perfect either, it would seem that there is a possibility of getting another 2 people onto the Board of Governors, giving us 5 Democrats vs 4 GOP picks.
So that could be helpful indeed.
