ICYMI- Petition filed to remove mayoral candidate Eddy Aragon from the ballot kob.com/albuquerque-ne…
"Last week, KOB 4 Investigator Chris Ramirez revealed Eddy Aragon currently lives at his radio station in southeast Albuquerque, during an interview after Aragon announced his run for mayor." @KOBChrisRamirez
"Now, Aragon's living arrangements have sparked a petition to remove him from the ballot, alleging he doesn't meet the residency requirement."
"[Thomas] Grover is representing Esther Rivera, an Albuquerque voter, who filed the petition."
Who is Thomas Grover? Who is Esther Rivera?
Sources say they've known each other since 2008.

Thomas Grover is an ex-APD officer turned lawyer. grover-law.com
Thomas Grover, who is filing against Eddy Aragon for living in his radio studio, was a bicycle cop!

I wonder if Esther Rivera, who hired him, knows.
Oops. Scumbag ex bike cop Thomas Grover caught in unauthorized use of APD bikeroom during candlelight rendezvous unnamed woman! 2/3/12
Before we continue, we have this important update to share, ICYMI
Thomas Grover, who filed for Esther Rivera to have Eddy Aragon removed from the ballot for the ABQ mayor election has a lawsuit pending against himself!
Thomas Grover is accused of convincing a woman to deplete her state retirement account to pay her legal fees to him, only to unilaterally fire her as a client!
Is Thomas Grover an expert in election law? It doesn't seem so. Most of his activities have been representing police officers or ex-police officers with legal actions against them. gover-law.com
You may notice that I tweeted most of this yesterday, but Twitter was not properly building threads. Plus, it’s Labor Day, a historically slow news day.
Before I get to the most fascinating story that I found researching Thomas Grover, I’ll relate some other stuff I found in the news.
Thomas Grover seems to get a lot of publicity representing police officers. At least he “seems” to be doing the honorable legal duty of defending his client Veronica Ficke’s honor in the Case “State of New Mexico vs Patrick Ficke” D-1329-CR-2013-00082
Then there is officer Doyle, who may or may not be a friend of Thomas Grover.
That’s probably enough of that. Still, I don’t see Thomas Glover doing election law. He does have deep ties to the police, APD, and for the moment at least is working for Esther Rivera. Ihateeddyaragon.com
Now for the most fascinating story that came up researching Thomas Grover- the mysterious death of well known Albuquerque attorney, Mary Han.
The best timeline I found involving Mary Han’s death. Pay attention to the names. A “Who’s Who” of ABQ law enforcement and attornies at the time-Grover, Kennedy, White and more! unm.edu/~dcorreia/Davi…
Apparently, the Mayor’s office was asked why so many people were at the Mary Han murder scene. Seems very odd. I’m not a forensic pathologist, but I’ve done some forensic pathology. @KOBChrisRamirez
At 8:25, Thomas Grover steps up and excoriates APD over contamination and poor practices at the death scene. He is asked 'can you tell us what you did at the home". I hear it was Jeff Proctor. (This @cjproctor74?) Grover refuses to answer.
Jeff Proctor: (@cjproctor74 ?)
AG: APD ‘mishandled’ probe of Mary Han’s death [but Thomas Grover doesn't want to answer questions in the previous video, about where he was in the house] abqjournal.com/249022/ag-apd-…
Per Jeff Proctor (@cjproctor74) story- Among those at Han’s home that day were Darren White, T.J. Wilham, Beth Paiz, Paul Feist, Allen Banks, Rae Mason; Rob Perry, Marc Adams...
...and four sergeants, including a designated APD spokeswoman. [Where was Thomas Grover?]
APD field investigator Mike Muniz, who photographed the scene, remarked in a police report that he “immediately found it strange” so many police personnel were on scene.

APD officers considered [Mary Han] death suspicious, say they were thwarted by higher-ups abqjournal.com/937870/shockin…
