If you’re a #TargetedIndividual and familiar with my pinned thread on how meditation and some spiritual practices can help against frequency attacks, but aren’t sure where to start or how to make progress, this thread is for you, to help you make progress, step-by-step. 1/
The first thing to know is that not everyone processes information exactly the same. You can deviate from this and still get results. I am just recreating practices and moments of realization that occurred for me. There’s lots of other helpful people and guides. 2/
I knew about mindfulness and meditation in a vague way before being a TI. People often think of meditation as just quieting the mind, but that is only one form of meditation. Meditation is simply a term for staying in the moment. Many mindfulness techniques are a form of 3/
meditation and meditation is always a form of mindfulness.
Meditation often involves sitting or laying still, but you can do walking meditation and yoga as well. There are also breathing patterns involved. A few of the most common that have helped me are 4-4-4-4, 4-7-8, and 4/
8-8-8-8. To clarify, 4-4-4-4 means inhale to a count of 4, hold your breath for a count of 4, exhale for a count of 4, hold the empty breath for a count of 4.
My experiences lead to a lot of anxiety and depression for a while. Learning the 4-4-4-4 breathing technique was 5/
the first way I was able to quiet my mind. Now, your mind won’t always stay quiet, but you do your best to return your attention back to counting and breathing. Then eventually your mind can quiet again and you let your process become automatic until you need to reset again. 6/
It would take effort, but the anxiety and depression would melt away in ways that didn’t happen just with therapy, drugs, distractions, etc.
Another aspect of mindfulness that can be layered over it is the practice of acceptance. Normally when negative thoughts and emotions 7/
happen, there’s the tendency to ruminate and the initial negative thought or emotion breeds more of them. One way to break that up is to consciously and mindfully address the thought/emotion.
So if you get attacked and your thought is “these attacks will never end,” then 8/
instead of letting the thought fester, take a mental step back and mentally acknowledge it, “I just thought that these attacks will never end.” This is more neutral and you may be able to drop it right there. If it’s still affecting you, you can ask yourself “Can I accept 9/
this?” And hopefully you can answer “Yes.” If you can’t, you can ask yourself “Can I sit with this?” Then you can either give yourself permission towards acceptance by saying “yes” or you can return to your breathing and counting.
It’ll take time and practice, but have 10/
faith. Every little step of progress will make your faith easier.
Another trick to staying in the moment is to focus on sensations within the body, document them, and mentally move on. This trick was really the start of my progress with feeling my own energy. In my initial 11/
thread, I post about a meditation/consciousness aid called The Gateway Experience. It’s a set of tapes that they examined and even used for the government’s own psychics. It involves brainwave entrainment and some other pretty neat tricks. cia.gov/readingroom/do…
12/
However, I did not initially seek out the tapes. I just marveled at what I could learn about meditation, my body, and consciousness.
One of the first things that stuck out with me was a statement about how when you slow your heart rate and brain activity enough, you remove 13/
what’s called the bifurcation echo. To explain quickly, your body is constantly pumping blood throughout your body. That activity sends vibrations through your body that affect its processes. When it’s slowed down, your heart, blood flow, and brain actually synchronize. 14/
So when I first started being able to feel the flow of blood through parts of my body, it was significant in helping me tune my body to tune my brain.
Eventually this allowed me to slip into relaxed states where I could start to feel the subtle energy exuding from my body. 15/
When you get more in tune with that, you can feel how the activity of your blood flow shifts energy around your body.
Warning, it’ll all feel very subtle at first. You may even question what you are perceiving. You may doubt it, but it’s very real. 16/
To be continued after I collect my thoughts more. 17/

Hi @AnnieJacobsen, in Phenomena, you said, in the context of the govt still studying psychics, that there is a “huge gap between where researchers are on a hypothesis for anomalous mental phenomena and where the science needs to be for them to move toward a general theory.
However, that is not true. Plenty of psychics have a general theory. Physicists even have general theories. They’re just currently placed under non-disclosure agreements. I am not. I am a private citizen who understands what the government currently cannot disclose.
I know, because I am a psychic and I’m figuring it all out by myself and through telepathic communication, discernment, intuition, premonition, and other means.
.@AnnieJacobsen with your journalism exp., you are highly qualified to do the digging about electromagnetic weapons and remote neural monitoring that society needs. Besides the Havana Syndrome cases, there are examples of both US/Russia (‘69&74)tech to read brain waves remotely.
This patent is from a US defense contractor and the Soviet scientist mentioned was tracked by the CIA/NSA (where I got the document) and they’ve stated he worked in a Russian military lab. Additional documents even state that his device was corroborated by other scientists.
There are also plenty of documents to show that the intel community knew of Havana Syndrome type injuries and research in the 70s. Electromagnetic radiation research was heavily tracked up into the 90s, where the declassification largely stops.
Targeted Individuals, I just found a bombshell admission in one of the declassified NSA files on ESP. At least it's a bombshell for all the skeptics who think things like RNM are sci-fi.
In the late 60s, Soviet researchers were using wireless EEG tech that detected signals 1/
when ordinary EKGs or EEGs detected nothing.
"During the Kalugina experiments a new device called a wireless EEG was used to detect some sort of energy pulsing around Kalugina while she was demonstrating the PK effect. Other reports indicate that these same, rather 2/
sophisticated devices have been used to test clinically dead people. When ordinary EKG's and EEG's register nothing, these detectors register some sort of energy."
Why is it that both the ascension/spiritual communities and Targeted Individuals complain of similar symptoms?
Even b4 the ability for neuro-weapons, painful and troubling symptoms have been reported at times by spiritual groups, as part of the process for enlightenment. 1/
This knowledge has been known and even medical examinations have been undertaken (Kundalini Transcendence or Psychosis by Lee Sanella MD) to explain when the process goes "wrong." So there is certainly an aspect of it that is just natural and can be overcome.
However, when 2/
the ascension community discusses things like the matrix and forces that hinder ascension, one area that I think they are overlooking is the neurological weaponry that is becoming more apparent in the world if you do the right research.
At one point, the NSA was afraid of people being turned into "parapsychological" weapons against the US, because of existing research out of the US and Russia. Here's a CIA document related to that. Below I'll post two NSA documents as well.
It’s discussed that healthy organisms are not affected by EM. That it takes other factors or repeated irradiation to affect organisms. That it’s possible to build up a defensiveness because the body is only ever trying to adapt to the EM. Here’s two of my tweets with quotes.
2/
So now you might be asking what can this defend/how can it defend?
First, it’s not going to block out things like thermal microwave burns or sound attacks that are more than your auditory nerve being triggered. So there are some limitations.
