Sr Adv Arora: Now unfortunately, the notification gave an option to students who were becoming eligible in June 2021, but we do not have this option for students eligible in March. Now people will have to travel all the way from Kerala to Delhi.
Justice Lalit: There are no restrictions now as such. If you go to any airport these days, all flight are booked. People are travelling from Delhi to Madras, Delhi to Kochi.
Justice Lalit: I agree we made exception and granted relief to two women who were carrying and were in seventh and eighth month of their pregnancy, so it was impossible for them to travel, but this cannot be extended to everyone.
Justice Lalit: See flight to and from Kerala are operating and the severity of the pandemic is still not the same as April & May. You are right, there are numbers in Kerala but life is going on.
Sr. Adv Arora: All I am saying is we have young students who are exposed in Covid duties, we are asking them to travel. See the absurdity of the notification.
