Exhibit 38: Photo of the masterbedroom the southeast corner of the home. A gun was recovered from this bedroom according to Sgt. Hubbell. It was found on top of the dresser. He said this is the room #LeteciaStauch stayed in.
The gun is next to a teddy bear and a photo of #GannonStauch. The DNA taken off the trigger guard and backstrap matched #LeteciaStauch as well as two other men.
Sgt. Hubbell said the examiner believed the bullets had come from the gun that was in the master bedroom. Remember 3 bullets were recovered: 1 in #GannonStauch skull and two inside the pillow.
Attorney Cook is asking questions to Sgt. Hubbell about the mechanism in the Blue-star process to make it glow. Hubbell didn't know. He knows the results of the lumination and what it means.
Sgt. Hubbell is now explaining that there is a specific camera that they use to take photographs of the blue-star process. It has to be taken in low light. Attorney Cook is asking how long does it take to develop. The positive hits last maybe 15-30 minutes according to Hubbell.
Back to #GannonStauch room, with a naked eye Sgt. Hubbell said you couldn't see the blood on the carpet. However, he said the stain on the cement you could visibly see, there was no agent added to it.
Sgt. Hubbell wanted to make it clear that when he touched the carpet he contaminated the scene and it was a mistake and made it known in his report. He, however, wore gloves when looking at the gun.
