According to the Cuban Health Ministry, over 4 million people have been fully vaccinated. The government says it hopes to vaccinate over 90% of the 11.2m population by mid-November.
Just two weeks ago, it was announced that Cuba is supplying large quantities of the Abdala vaccine to Viet Nam & will also transfer the production technology to that country by the end of this year.
