Nunca olvidaré la llamada telefónica que recibí de mi madre en la mañana del 11 de septiembre pidiéndome que encendiera el televisor. Mis amigos y mi familia estaban seguros --pero todos habíamos sido transformados para siempre. En un abrir y cerrar de ojos, 20 años han pasado.
Los estudiantes que hoy se están graduando de secundaria aprendieron acerca de lo que ocurrió aquel día, pero no lo experimentaron de primera mano.
Hoy estoy dando un paso atrás para reflexionar acerca de lo que hemos perdido y lo que hemos aprendido.
