How to make customer support make you more $$$ in the long-run,
Rather than just being 'time-consuming'
(which might/might not make you more $)
1. Make a video reply for the question
β’ Say 'Anne asks... [question]'
β’ The video reply is a nice touch from the founder
β’ Feels more personal as it's 1-on-1 help now
2. Post the video, add it to your knowledge base
β’ It now looks like a Q&A 'show'
β’ That 1-on-1 feeling can be scaled to others
β’ It's normal to have it low-touch with a screen record (i.e. no Hollywood production needed)
An update would mean I keep replying with a new set of ppl. Let's say "Update: 10 more people, since you're here" β and then I add those 10 ppl as replies
Assumptions:
β It might start a new wave of shares
β This new wave of shares keeps ppl engaged
β Some will scroll to the top
β The original tweet might make new rounds
β Whole thing's reinforced
If you're at least remotely interested in Building in Public or a grandmaster, I think the Cheatsheet can help

Inside you'll find:
β A list of different types of posts, as well as practical examples (tweets etc)
β A public list of those who build in public
β You can join the list as well, there's a form inside
β A board to plan your BiP journey
β Principles of BiP
β A list of tools for BiP
