Justice Kant: How can you file a habeas corpus petition? She is with her mother..how can the mother become an illegal detainer?

Lawyer: But here only Singapore court has jurisdiction and she is here without permission of court

Justice Kant: then you have to lead with evidence

Justice Hima Kohli: It is your contention that Singapore is place of residence. But the mother has come to India. if you have an order then see how it can be executed. but you cannot come here in a writ of habeas corpus.

CJI: It feels like because of your ego you want to kill the child

Justice Kohli: this is most unfortunate

CJI: We direct Guardian and Family court Gurgaon to decide this matter expeditiously and directed to dispose off the plea within 6 months.
