1. Deconstruction

分解。第一步是要把要学习的内容分解成尽量小的部分，就像乐高积木一样。

2. Selection

选择。根据二八原理，找到 20% 那部分最重要的积木。

3. Sequencing

"In what order should I learn the blocks?"

排序。学习的顺序也起了决定性的作用，把这些 block 排序成最适合自己的顺序来学习。（可以是先易后难，也可以是先难后易）

4. Stakes

"How do I set up stakes to create real consequences and guarantee I follow the program?"

如何能够真的学下去？毕竟人的自律性是有限的，Tim 提到了一种方法，拿出一部分钱作为目标保证金，如果完不成这个目标，保证金就不会被退回。
