🚨 How can any job seeker get referrals at top product companies like Swiggy, Microsoft, SAP if they don't know anyone in those companies?
P.S. Not a clickbait

But before that, some facts
1⃣ The job market is very hot these days.
2⃣ As always, there are a lot of job seekers. However, even with the right skills, people aren't getting jobs because they don't get the opportunity to interview at these companies.
⬇️
3⃣ Folks working at these companies want to give referrals (and also get a referral bonus). They share it openly on platforms like LinkedIn but because of the limited number of connected, get very few resumes.
⬇️
Last year, I decided to solve this problem by connecting folks who want to give referrals with people who need referrals.
⬇️
So I created a no BS telegram group where LinkedIn posts of folks who want to give referrals at their companies are shared. To keep the group no BS, only a handful of people are allowed to post.

How does it work for folks that need referrals?
- Join the telegram group
- Find out relevant opportunities posted on the group.
- Click on the link to go directly to the corresponding LinkedIn Post
- Send details as per the LinkedIn post to get the referral.
⬇️
Currently, 3000+ folks are getting the benefit of the group.
