Prosecutors say plea discussions are underway in case of Bauer's *co-defendant*... but they say they haven't heard from Bauer about whether she's interested in plea discussions

Pauline Bauer is now speaking "They've had nine months in this dog and pony show" .....

"I did no harm... I did no damage.. a dead entity cannot be a victim"

Bauer just told judge she can't get help at her business... because "everyone is getting unemployment and doesn't want to work"....

Then: "How do you arrest people without any evidence?"

Judge asks Bauer if she is free for further hearing on Oct 29

Bauer is now disrupting judge and standing again..... He's trying to stop her.... she's not stopping
