Went to TMobile bc I need to replace my phone. The rep helping me was CRAZY short and snappy at the mouth, and I had to breathe because I recognized she didn't know how rude she was being, and thought I was being rude by asking questions..
For example, she says "Let's go over to computer so I can pull up your account." We go. She asks some questions to a sr rep next to her, then says something to me about needing to check my insurance - needed to replace my phone ages ago bc the case came off, now I dropped it.
The thing is, I needed to upgrade it anyway, so I don't want to fix it (even though it's insured) I just want a new phone. So after the thing about checking my insurance I start telling her my number cause she needs to pull my account up, right?
She cuts me off.

"You just gotta give us a minute."
Cool. Now we all just standing there. Like the jeopardy theme song could have been playing. I wait maybe 2 mins and ask "Can I ask - what are we waiting on?"
Her (annoyed): I can't look up your account until the computer comes on.

(She could have said "Give me a minute for the computer to power on")
Me: I had no idea it wasn't on. Got it.
There were 2 more similar exchanges... finally I was like "yo, I know you can't see my whole face so maybe you're reading me a way, but your tone..."

... and the senior person she'd been talking to took over and we were good from there. And there was the fleeting thought "you should file a complaint" but then I was like what would that do? It's the heights, everybody's understaffed, and she probably don't even see a problem.
.... but then when we were all wrapped up I had to ask for my ID back. Shorty had stuck it in a drawer...
Noooo idea why. There was no actual reason to and she knew exactly where it was when I was like "Y'all still have my license, right?" (I had given it to them and gone to sit down bc the whole insurance vs upgrade thing unfortunately isn't straightforward).
There's only two reasons EYE can think of but both of them are shady so I don't wanna entertain them
But lastly, why are iPhones like.... the most fragile devices in creation?
