Their toolkit includes a series of letters that you can use to send to your employer. In my opinion, it is the best letter I’ve seen to date to put pressure on employers and set up a clear stage for lawsuits in the event that they don’t back down. strongandfreecanada.org/employees/

Also, check out the FAQ page on the Justice Center’s website (jccf.ca/mandatory-covi…) They are a non-profit and provide legal services free of charge. Their FAQ provides very thorough advice.

A gentleman by the name of Luke posted a letter on LinkedIn that he sent to his employer. I have told his story in this tweet:
I also strongly recommend that you contact an employment lawyer to help you in your fight. There are many - make sure you shop around. Some will even work on a “no-win, no-fee arrangement.”

Book burnings in Germany began in 1933. It wasn't b/c paper was offensive. It was abt stopping ideas & information. It was abt preventing me from hearing what you think.
& it was abt silencing the counter-chorus that can defuse an evolving hysteria.
Censorship is a violation of both speaker & listener.
But worst of all is the echo chamber it creates. When dissenting voices fall silent, hysteria magnifies itself, unchecked, escalating to ever greater extremes.
1/x You have a right to protect yourself. You do not have a right to take away someone else's rights and freedoms to do so. Your rights end where mine begin and vice versa. This principle is the basis of ALL liberal democracies.
2/x 🇨🇦's Charter does NOT allow govt to suspend Charter rights and freedoms without FIRST passing the Oakes Test in a court of law in which ALL evidence is weighed. This was NEVER done. These public health measure are unlawful.
Ignoring legal principles does not make it right.
3/x Reasonable measures to protect health do not include:
- eliminating public debate
- media acting as a propaganda arm for govt
- suspending court access via evasion tactics
- limiting right to protest
- ignoring informed consent
- coersion
These are symptoms of tyranny.
“In 🇨🇦we don’t have anything regulating speech,” said Statham. “Under Sec. 2 of our Charter Of Rights our freedom of expression is protected. So there is no such thing as free speech in Canada, only freedom of expression.”
AKA - freedom of expression is not freedom of speech

I'm old enough to remember when crime was about actions, not words or emotions.
