Raffensperger wholly refuses to engage with the substance of @chrislhayes’ line of inquiry. It’s almost like the myth of mass voter fraud has been beneficial to the GOP for decades, but some leaders just found Trump’s clownish, ham-fisted stretching of the myth embarrassing.
A weird thing that happened after the election was that the folks who have been playing this game with voter fraud claims for decades started to worry that Trump was making them look completely ridiculous.
There’s a whole class of professional Republicans who built their careers ginning up fears of mass voter fraud that got really frustrated after the election that the marks didn’t comprehend their role in the con.

NEW: Anthony Sargent (aka #bigbrickpitcher) has been arrested. The hand tattoos helped seal the case. A lot of work with open-source video on this one. #seditionhunters
Feds are really taking to this OSINT thing!

Prosecutors have released a number of documents and text messages in the case against Ronald Colton McAbee (aka #threepercentsheriff). He traveled up to D.C. with his friend #ScaryCherry3P, who is FBI 266-AFO and was named at detention hearing (but hasn’t been publicly charged). Image

NEW: Here's body worn camera footage that shows a mob of Trump supporters attacking police officers with a giant "TRUMP" sign on Jan. 6.
"PUSH! FUCKING PUSH!"

The videos were released in connection with the case against Capitol rioter Jose Padilla. They were previously presented as evidence in his detention hearing.
