आज कुछ उग्रवादी गुंडों ने मेरे दिल्ली के मकान पर तोड़-फोड़ की।इनकी बुज़दिली के चर्चे तो वैसे ही आम हैं।हमेशा की तरह, इनकी वीरता सिर्फ़ झुंड में ही दिखाई देती है।वक्त भी ऐसा चुना जब मैं घर पर नहीं था। गुंडों के हाथों में कुल्हाड़ियाँ और लकड़ियाँ थीं, घर पर पत्थर बाज़ी की गयी। 1/n

मेरा नेम प्लेट तोड़ा गया और 40-साल से हमारे साथ काम करने वाले राजू के साथ मार-पीट भी की गयी।

साम्प्रदायिक नारे लगाए गए और मुझे क़त्ल करने की धमकी भी दी गयी। राजू के घर में रहने वाले छोटे से बच्चे घबराए हुए हैं।झुंड में कम-अज़-कम 13 लोग थे। 6 दिल्ली पुलिस की हिरासत में हैं। 2/n

मेरे घर को ये तीसरी बार निशाना बनाया गया है।पिछली बार जब ऐसा हुआ था तब @rajnathsingh न सिर्फ़ गृह मंत्री थे बल्कि मेरे पड़ोसी भी थे।मेरे घर के बग़ल में ही निर्वाचन सदन है, और ठीक सामने पार्लियामेंट स्ट्रीट थाना भी है। 3/n

प्रधानमंत्री का आवास भी मेरे घर से महज़ 8 मिनट की दूरी पर है।मैंने बार-बार पुलिस को बताया था कि मेरे मकान को निशाना बनाया जा रहा है। अगर एक सांसद का घर महफ़ूज़ नहीं तो बाक़ी शहरियों को @AmitShah क्या सन्देश देना चाहते हैं? 4/n

दुनिया को कट्टरता से लड़ने का पाठ पढ़ाने वाले @PMOIndia बताएं कि मेरे घर को निशाना बनाने वालों को किसने कट्टरपंथी बनाया? अगर इन कट्टरपंथियों को लगता है कि हम उनसे डर के चुप बैठ जाएँगे तो वो मजलिस को नहीं जानते।इंसाफ़ के लिए हमारी लड़ाई हमेशा जारी रहेगी इंशा’अल्लाह। 5/n

My Delhi residence was vandalised today by radicalised goons. Their cowardice is well known & as usual they came in a mob, not alone. They also chose a time when I was not home. They were armed with axes and sticks, they pelted stones at my house, my nameplate was destroyed. 6/n

Raju, the caretaker of the house for the last 40 years was assaulted. The mob shouted communal slogans and threatened to kill me. Raju’s grandkids are living in fear now. Raju has filed a complaint with police. Hope action will be taken. 7/n

There were at least 13 people, 6 have been detained. This is the third time that my residence has been attacked. Last time it was vandalised @rajnathsingh was not only the Home Minister but also my neighbour. 8/n

Election Commission HQ is right next door to my house, Parliament Street police station is right across my house. The Prime Minister’s residence is 8 minutes away.

If an MP’s house is not safe, then what message is @AmitShah sending? 9/n

@PMOIndia preaches to the world how we must fight radicalisation, please tell who radicalised these goons? If these thugs think that this is going to scare me, they don’t know Majlis and what we are made of. We’ll never stop our fight for justice n/n
