NRC excluded "only" 1.9m - out of which Muslims will be around 4-5L, that too mostly women & children - which means almost every excluded individual has family members in NRC. The reason to demand "re-verification" of NRC is also this failure to exclude “enough” Muslims 6/n

People have not been given land rights even after possession for 50-60 years. They were paying revenue (Touzi) till 2014. Since 2015 the govt stopped collecting Touzi. MOST IMPORTANTLY - Govt wants to displace Muslims from these lands & start Agro-Farm for "indigenous youths" 8/n
The bottom line is to displace Muslims from the only place they’ve known as their home & give land to imaginary “youths”.
