Republicans won 27 out of 27 House races that were predicted to be tossups. Few, if any of those races were audited meaningfully if at all. This is incredibly dangerous & reckless. 2/

In October 2020, @philipbstark, America’s foremost election auditing expert, told me that only a few jurisdictions conduct audits in a way that has a good chance of catching & correcting wrong outcomes. Even they, audit only a few races. 4/ nybooks.com/daily/2020/10/…
Unless you have significantly different information, and I’m certain that you don’t, this glaring omission from your election bill is inexcusable, reprehensible, and incredibly dangerous. We deserve an explanation. 5/
To clarify, the bill does require manual audits but has a complicated phase in schedule that does not begin until 2024 with many exceptions and limitations. No requirement for 2022. 6/
