"If you have anxiety, read this"

| Thread
Nothing is as chaotic as it seems.
Nothing is worth your health.
Nothing is worth poisoning yourself into stress, anxiety, and fear.

Smile, breathe and go slowly.
We suffer more often in imagination that in reality.
Worrying about things in the future doesn’t stop them from happening.

It just takes away your happiness today.
Remind yourself that nothing lasts forever.
You’re doing alot better than you think you are.

You’re more healed than you think you are.
Everything will be okay, you can do this.

Fill your heart & mind with positive things.
Manage your expectations and be realistic about how much you can do.
Nothing diminishes anxiety faster than action.
Not getting enough sleep time can worsen anxiety.

Get enough rest. Sleep 7-9 hours each night.
Check your self-talk. Negative self-talk does not serve you.

Be Kind to Yourself.
Walking helps clear your mind.

It offers you a different perspective.
Practice self-love.

Each day remind yourself that you are a strong, beautiful person, with a lot to offer.
Don’t forget to drink enough water.
Don’t stress.

Do your best & forget the rest.
Go easy on yourself, everything will be alright.
You are capable, and significant, even when you think you’re
Repeat after me!

- I am strong
- I can do this
- I am capable enough
- I deserve to be happy
- I refuse to let negative thoughts control Me.

"Meditation for those who think they can't meditate"

| Thread
The first thing is the mindset towards meditation. There's a specific image that people have in their heads.

The sitting upright, cross legged on the floor image with absolutely no thoughts in your head is what people think meditation is.
It is meditation, but it's pretty advanced, & not good for beginners.
Number one, to meditate upright, u need perfect posture, which isn't going to be possible for the average person.
Ppl who do sports or some other athletic activity could sit like this, but not the layman.

1. They Take Action:

It is important to organize, plan, & set priorities, but without action, a plan is nothing more than potential.

Successful people act – quickly and often. In addition, although it may sound counterintuitive, they act (start, anyway) before they feel ready.
2. They don’t wait for anyone else to motivate them:

True motivated is self-motivation.

Although a little encouragement from others can help, it really is all down to the individual.

Motivated people find success without looking to others for encouragement or push.
