Got about 20 DM's of people asking me to help them with their offer last night

Biggest takeaway:

You're trying to sell the solution to a problem that doesn't exist
"I'm selling digital marketing and lead generation to storage companies"

Storage companies are all at 95% capacity they don't need digital marketing
"I'm trying to sell landing pages and lead generation to doctors"

Doctors don't need lead generation they're also all 100% booked
You're all coming up with some random service and trying to sell it to whatever random niche you can think of.

Doesn't matter how good your cold email or ads are you're not selling the solution to a problem that doesn't exist
This is what I mean

Doctors don't NEED marketing

They need RECRUITING

I’d argue about 50% of the time it’s not you who’s bad at getting client results

It’s that the client has a shitty offer
You have to learn to detect what is and what is not a good offer

Only way to do this is to be in the trenches actively seeing who is making money doing exactly what

Such is the reason asking how much money prospects make is important

If they’re making nothing it’s for a reason
Example:

“We do Facebook ads for e-commerce agencies”

Okay, do you do the creatives?

“No but we give the client guidance on creatives”

Then what is the point of working with you?

The creative is literally the entire ad

You sell ads as a service but don’t make ads?

Lemme give you guys a lil hint

If somebody wants to work with you only a commission basis

And not willing to get on a call / sign a contract / implement verification processes

It's for a reason
"Yeah we'll give you 20% of the deals just send them over to this link"

Yeah bro?

Your home landing page? No custom link where I can view stats?

No zaps on that link so I can see leads?

No access to call notes?

Oh that's right you weren't gonna pay the commission
"hey bro I sent you over 10 calls this week how'd those do?"

"Yeah man none of those closed unfortunately"

Righttttt

Let's do math

You pay your first line writer $0.80 per first line

They make 8/10 - 9/10 quality lines

You get a 4% meeting book rate

You close 25% of calls

You charge $3,000

continued...
So you need 4 calls to make $3,000.

In other words, you need 100 first lines to make $3,000

Cost:

> $80
> They can only produce 30 per day / take days off
> Time spent managing & hiring them
Say you use AI to write first lines.

They're consistently 7/10 quality

You get a 3% meeting book rate

You pay $0.24 per piece
