It will encourage you to be more positive in developing and understanding what you need to change.

If you constantly reflect on your daily habits and remember what motivates you, you will then have better results with your self-discipline for the times when you feel that they are low.
3. Reward Your Good Behaviors More Often.
Since we usually want to discipline ourselves to avoid certain bad habits anyway, the only way to get around this is to start releasing dopamine from our healthier habits and more often.
So give yourself a pat on the back for making your bed, or treat yourself to a latte after you’ve worked out.
If you do this, you will start to see your self-discipline rise because you will be retraining your mind to enjoy correctness.
4. Remove All Of The Temptations That Get In The Way Of Your Self-Discipline.
The best way of avoiding temptation altogether is practicing the “out of sight, out of mind” theory.
So if you stay up too late, remove the TV from your bedroom.

The first thing is the mindset towards meditation. There's a specific image that people have in their heads.
The sitting upright, cross legged on the floor image with absolutely no thoughts in your head is what people think meditation is.
It is meditation, but it's pretty advanced, & not good for beginners.
Number one, to meditate upright, u need perfect posture, which isn't going to be possible for the average person.
Ppl who do sports or some other athletic activity could sit like this, but not the layman.
