I'm still amazed that in response to the Sussmann indictment the left's collective response was "That's It?" That was literally Washington Post's Editorial Board title until they changed it. Beyond the fact the indictment itself told of more charges likely b/c of accessing 1/

2/ by Internet I data obtained through senstive gov't contract & providing to 2 people outside that contract, the Left is forgetting all about William Barnett. Who'se he, you ask?

3/ He's the FBI Special Agent involved early on in Crossfire Hurrican through Special Counsel Mueller and had was having none of the BS. Read the affidavit if you never knew about it--if you did re-read it. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

4/ Now remember this statement was only from the interview US Attorney Jensen conduct limited to investigating the Flynn prosecution. That's it. This wasn't conducted by Durham or his team.

5/ But after Jensen's interview one year ago, Durham's team knew Barnett was in the know on virtually everything--Barnett was on the inside for nearly the entire Crossfire Hurricane "investigation" and Special Counsel Mueller probe.

6/ Also remember that Durham's scope here is not as limited as the Left like to pretend about whether Crossfire Hurricane was legitimately launched.

7/ Sussmann is the tip and only in view now because of the statute of limitations about to run. And finally, even if Durham doesn't indict many, if he exposes the misconduct, that's equally important.

8/8 Here's I'm of the Barr school: We don't stretch criminal law like the Left did. If it is not clearly a crime, we don't shape-shift to make it one for political payback. I'll have much more on the remaining threads next week.
