Trump tax cut: $3,600
CA Prop 13 dividend: $17,820
Mortgage interest deduction: $7,309
Mortgage rate reduction: $13,558
Free car storage rent: $3,600
Total: $45,887 annual subsidy

I don't need $46K in government subsidies just for being an upper income, white, car-owning homeowner. So yes, this is my annual minimum for charitable contributions
