What result or change do you want to bring about?

Get clear on the one change that your project is going to make and write it down.
You don't want to have a shifting target.

Step 2: A Clear Objective.

What will this outcome produce for you and your business?

Get clear on the #objective you're after and what will come as a result of this outcome and write it down.

Step 3: Clear Action Steps.

What can you do to make these happen? In what order?

Which can you skip and still reach your objective with good results?

Brainstorm all the fun, crazy, conventional, and #unconventional things or approaches that you could take to achieve your goal.

Once you have the list, sort through it, do some work, and review your progress often to make sure you're on track.

You can have instant clarity, see measurable progress on your #projects, and get the motivation boost that comes with knowing that you're on course.
