This thread is a buying and staking guide for ​Wonderland, the decentralized reserve currency protocol on the @avalancheavax network. Here is how to stake $TIME on Wonderland for passive income:

How to Stake $TIME on Wonderland

You need:
- Metamask Wallet
- Avalanche Wallet
- $AVAX
- $TIME

Steps:

1. Make sure you have a @MetaMask wallet set up and ready to go.

2. Click on the “Networks” Menu of the Metamask Wallet (Button probably says “Ethereum Mainnet").

3. Scroll down and click: Custom RPC

4. Fill in these details to add Avalanche Network to Metamask. Twitter Won't let me add "https://" to a link. so I put the image below. If you want to copy and paste the URL directly, go to this link: support.avax.network/en/articles/46…

5. Buy $AVAX from your preferred exchange: Kucoin, gate.io, Change NOW, etc.
If you are buying $AVAX from an exchange such as @kucoincom that supports "C Chain” AVAX transfers (C Chain works with Metamask & Ethereum), go ahead and skip to step 11.

If you are buying AVAX from a place like @ChangeNOW_io that currently supports only “X chain” AVAX transfers, proceed to step 6.

6. Set up your Avalanche Wallet. Go to wallet.avax.network. Click “create new wallet” and complete the process.

Note that the Avalanche Wallet interacts with 3 types of chains: X, P and C. Worry only about X and C right now. X chain address is to receive funds and C chain is to interact with the Ethereum network.

7. Send your purchased $AVAX to the correct designated chain address in your wallet. It should be the X CHAIN ADDRESS. You should clearly see your X address in the Wallet. Click between the X, P, and C buttons to reveal the different addresses.

8. Once you have the $AVAX in your Avalanche Wallet, click the “Cross Chain Button” on the left panel of the Wallet Interface.

9. Set “Source Chain” as X Chain and set “Destination Chain” as C Chain. Set the amount of AVAX to be transferred to C Chain and click confirm. Wait for the process to finish.

10. Click the “Send” button on the left panel. Make sure the Source Chain is set to C. Copy and paste your Ethereum address into the recipient address field. Designate the amount of $AVAX to be sent. Click confirm.

11. If you bought AVAX on a C chain compatible exchange like Kucoin, send your AVAX to your Metamask Ethereum wallet address now.

If you bought it an a X chain compatible exchange like Change NOW, check your AVAX balance because you should have it in your Metamask wallet by now. The $AVAX should appear in your Metamask wallet under Avalanche network. Now it is “time” to buy your $TIME (get the joke).

If the link doesn’t work, just go to
traderjoexyz.com/#/trade and add the $TIME contract address:

into the bottom token field on the right and TIME will pop up.

12. Connect your Metamask Wallet to Trader Joe. Make sure the MM Wallet is set to “Avalanche Network”.

13. Swap your $AVAX for $TIME, but leave a little $AVAX for gas for later. You now own TIME.

14. Go to app.wonderland.money/stake#/stake and connect your Metamask Wallet
(Avalanche Network of course), and approve your $TIME. Then stake it. These are 2 separate transactions, don’t forget.

15. When you see a certain amount of MEMO as your staked balance, you have successfully staked your $TIME! Congratulations.

17. Note: you can stake a fraction of $TIME, just like you can with $OHM. You don’t need to buy a full TIME to stake.
