This thread is a simple guide on how to stake $GRO on the @groprotocol DeFi App.

$GRO is a governance token of the GRO Protocol, which is a DeFi protocol that introduces yield-generating stablecoins in an innovative way through risk balancing while maximizing yield.

1. Set up a @MetaMask wallet.

2. Make sure you have some $ETH in your wallet for gas fees to buy your $GRO token and to stake it.

3. Click “Add Token” at the bottom of your “Assets” List.

4. Click “Custom Token:

5. Copy and paste this into the Token Contract Address Field:

6. Click “Next”

7. Connect to app.uniswap.org

8. Click: “Select Token”

9. Copy and paste the same address:

10. Purchase your GRO token.

11. Go to: app.gro.xyz

12. Connect your Metamask with the “Connect” button on the left hand corner.

13. On the left panel, click “Rewards”.

14. Click the button “Earn GRO in Pools” in the left-middle side of the page.

15. In the box that says GRO Pool: click “Stake”. Approve your GRO and then Stake your GRO in 2 transactions.

16. Congratulations, you have successfully staked your GRO!
