ALERT: Former US Olympic swimmer Klete Keller has just pleaded guilty to one *felony* count of "Obstructing an official proceeding"

Sentencing guidelines range: 21-27 months

Prior defendant to take this plea got 8 months prison time
In return, US Justice Dept dropped remaining criminal counts against Keller

Quick appearance in court. When this case reaches sentencing hearing, at later date, we'd expect to hear from Keller
High-profile defendant

But this was not a high-level criminal charge stemming from Jan 6
You might note windbreaker jacket worn in this photo ===>
And there’s the signature ===>
Feds: “According to his plea, Keller yelled, “F*** Nancy Pelosi!” and “F*** Chuck Schumer!” before others began pushing forward toward the law enforcement officers.”
Feds (more): “According to his plea, on Jan. 6 and Jan. 7, Keller destroyed the phone and memory card that contained the photographs and videos he recorded from inside the Capitol building and threw away his “USA” jacket.”
So, so, so many cases in which the Feds detail vulgar and vile things said about Speaker Pelosi on Jan 6
