Pmaru-sama tweeted about feelings on her situation up until recently.
tl;dr: The company that she was working under in her other identity was too restrictive. After a long battle, she can now be active independently as Pmaru-sama.
Disclaimer: I'm in no way afiliated to any of the parties, and so this translation is 100% unofficial so don't quote me on any of this for any official purposes.
At this point everyone knows Pmaru was a certain K.L*na. There was no official graduation so the character has just been in stasis -- that's what she meant by not being able to give a proper goodbye to everyone.
As we all know, bringing someone in as a creative content creator, and then immediately restricting the sorts of things they can do, or forcing them to align with your own vision (even though they're the ones supposed to be making things) is the easiest way to kill creativity.
Contracts are a tricky thing, and she likely signed on without realizing the extent of the control the company had on her.
Of course the company will have its own side to it, but if what Pmaru says is true, then it's pretty damning (especially the not being paid bit).
The original character designer had also pulled out from the K.L project quite some time ago and now the VA is confirmed out too.
Judging by the negative reactions to Unlimited's actions, probably best to never touch the K.L IP again as that will only drag the issue out more.
It's good that she was able to regain her freedom to create independently. Hopefully she can make up for all the time lost because she -- and we -- deserve it.
(p.s. sorry i didn't have the plain lemon version)
Mika Pikazo has tweeted her own thoughts on the matter as well.
Someone superchatted Selen if she'd "seen GMK Tako." She paused, then read it as "that keyboard set" and then talked about custom themed keycap sets
For real, can people stop bringing up things related to other vtubers, especially if from a different agency? Is that so hard?
For those who don't know, GMK Tako is a custom keycap set based on Ina (the tentacley hololive one).
Selen handled it smartly, but maybe don't mention it it, or phrase it in a neutral way (e.g. "did you see there are other vtuber-themed keycaps?") to avoid potential awkwardness
Anyone could tell there was a few seconds of silence because she knows exactly what GMK Tako is, but had to phrase it in another way.
Understandably, she's also a vtuber, and this was keyboard related, but bring that up would have inevitably steered the discussion toward Ina.
Info from Lulu from her grad stream:
Lulu's archives will remain for half a year at least. She would like to have them stay as long as possible, but after the 6 months, there is a possibility that some parts/streams may be removed due to certain reasons.
Lulu's Twitter will remain, but after today, she won't be using it anymore. She will still be looking through tweets about her via hashtags though, so feel free to use those.
Fan letters will be accepted until the end of July (coursed via Anycolor). Please send them in as soon as you can! Her Marshmallow has already closed so send your feelings to her through there.

② Kamitsubaki City Under Construction slated for release this Summer of 2021!
A silver-haired character is prominently featured, perhaps tied into the game?
Anyway, the adaptation of Arknights's gameplay into an event in roguelike format is surprisingly addictive.
Combining random events, item mutations, squad modifiers, and heavy elements of chance creates so many variables that games rarely feel similar.
It also gives players HUGE incentive to level up their low rarity operators, because not only are their deployment costs low, but they're very likely your main choice because squad acquisition is both random, and resource-dependent making them essential early game.
Unfortunately because there are so many variables in play, you'd have to be really flexible with the management and deployment of operators and resources, because even just a bit of bad luck will completely throw your playthrough off. Which I suppose is very roguelike in essence.
