You should know this by now:

1. When it’s night time take less amount of water.
2. When it’s close to bed time don’t drink alcohol.
3. You’re not to use diuretics at night except your healthcare provider directs u to do so.
4. Don’t take antibiotics if you’re to do a urine test.

When it’s night time, take less amount of water as drinking much water when it’s close to bedtime will interfere with your sleep.

Diuretics are medications that encourages urination, taking them at night can lead to frequent urination, this can interfere with your sleep. Except your healthcare provider says you should go through it. You are not to use it at night.

If you urinate frequently at night then there is a problem.

There is a lot of contributing factors to why people urinate at night which includes: aging, chronic urinary tract infections, drinking excess fluids (like water or alcohol before bed), bacterial infection in the bladder.

Also taking diuretics which are medications that encourage urination can also be a contributing factor to night time urination. For women pregnancy or childbirth can be a contributing factor to why they urinate at night.

1. Don’t wash the inside of ur vagina
2. Don’t take antibiotics with milk
3. Don’t take turmeric supplements when u are on anti-hypertensive medications
4. If u are pregnant don’t use ciprofloxacin or tetracycline
5. Don’t take Ibuprofen, felvin or diclofenac on an empty stomach.

Very important.

Turmeric or turmeric supplements lowers the blood pressure thereby giving off a false bp reading. As such when you are already on a medication which lowers your BP and you go and take turmeric it might result in an abnormally lowered blood pressure which can be very harmful.

Just a simple reminder;

1. Don’t use alcohol of any kind to take your drugs.
2. Don’t use fruit juice to take your drugs.
3. Don’t use soda drinks to take your drugs.
4. Don’t wrap your drugs in hot eba or fufu to take it.
5. Don’t use milk to take your antibiotics.

If you have a recurrent yeast infection, this may be of help

1. Are you on long term use of antibiotics.
2. Do you douche the inside of your vagina.
3. Do you use antiseptic soaps on the vagina or the vaginal wash and the likes.
4. Check your blood sugar level
5. Eating right ?

The use of antibiotics especially long term use of broad spectrum antibiotics can predispose one to yeast infection or recurrent yeast infections, this is because antibiotics upsets the natural balance of the microflora by killing even the healthy bacteria in your vagina thereby-

-creating room for overgrowth of the bad ones (i.e overgrowth of yeast).

Marrying a virgin doesn’t guarantee you are marrying a good wife and it doesn’t guarantee she would be faithful. The fact that a girl is not a virgin doesn’t mean she wouldn’t make an exceptional wife. She might be the best thing that would ever happen to you.

This is not in anyway trying to paint anything in bad light or encourage anything. What i am trying to say is virginity doesn’t determine whether or not the girl you are marrying is good or not or going to make a good wife or not. It is not a determining factor.

Treat your wife right whether virgin or not. Treat her with love and respect.
