SOCIAL RULES THAT MAY HELP YOU:

1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to;

2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that lent it remembers or asks for it.
It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes.

3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner.

4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’

or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem;

5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public;
6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time;

7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative;
8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all;

9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're;
10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you.

11. Praise publicly. Criticize privately;

12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will;
13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next;

14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of
having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness;

15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with
respect;

16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude;

17. Never give advice until you’re asked;

18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age and salary;
If you’re learning from this, kindly follow me for other great content. Also follow me on instagram.com/drpenking let’s paddy paddy 😎
19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it;

20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. Moreso, eye contact is as important as your speech; and
21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren.

22.After reading a good message try to say "Thanks for the message".

APPRECIATION remains the easiest way of getting what you don't have....

Imagine dealing with all those “Hubby I want to eat bush meat” at 1 am, “Hubby the baby wants you to rub my back”. “ Hubby the baby wants you to massage my leg,” dropping her off for antenatal visits, paying for delivery pack, bridal shower, naming ceremony, child dedication,
staying without sex for many weeks after delivery to allow her heal all for another man’s child that the real father is doing Dorime with his money every weekend and laughing at you with his friends whenever you write long posts on facebook thanking God for your new child.
Paternity fraud is a different breed of evil.

15 WAYS TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH YOUR IN-LAWS

1. Be close to your spouse. Both of you should agree on how to relate with your in-laws. In-law relationships are so delicate. You need wisdom to relate with them and have a blissful relationship with their son/daughter.
2.Don't visit your spouse's family without his/ her approval. He knows them more than you do. All the secret visit, gifts and bribe may backfire one day.

3.Relate with your in-laws the way your spouse advise you to relate with them.
They understand their parents and siblings better. One woman lamented she advised her husband not to be too close to her siblings, he took her advise with a pinch of salt and got extremely close to her siblings, he died an untimely death shortly after.

No Happy Independence Nigeria!!!Today Nigeria becomes 61.
At 61, Nigeria is still struggling to crawl let alone stand erect or walk. At 61 Nigeria healthcare is in shambles. Nigerian Resident Doctors have been striking for over 60 days now.

At 61, Nigeria economy is in a sorry state, the currency of the country is falling freely like a faulty satellite from space
Nigerian army opened fire on unarmed civilians at Lekki toll gate on live stream and at 61, no arrests have still been made
At 61, Nigeria has banned everything that could improve the lives of the youths in the country in a deliberate attempt to impoverish them and keep them under their control
At 61, Boko Haram, bandits, unknown gunmen & herdsmen call the shots in Nigeria more than the presidency

It’s been 5 months since Ini Umoren, a young intelligent Nigerian graduate who was looking for a job to put herself together was lured, raped & gruesomely murdered.Even when the perpetrator has been clearly identified, justice is still yet to be served.
#JusticeForHinyUmoren Image
The heads up was given by Hiny’s friend who stuck closer than family. She was updating her about her journey to the interview location snd when things became fishy, she raised alarm. Even when people made her look stupid and suggested that Hiny must have diverted to a man’s house
She stood her grounds mad insisted that she knew her friend. When she refused to abandon her, the investigation was taken over by ordinary Nigerian citizens on Twitter, without monthly police salary or huge federal allocation

DNA means Deoxyribonucleic acid

It is the hereditary material in humans and almost all other organisms

DNA, along with the instructions it contains, is passed from adult organisms to their offspring during reproduction.
DNA contains the instructions needed for an organism to develop, survive and reproduce.

A DNA paternity test is nearly 99.99% accurate at determining whether a man is another person’s biological father.

DNA tests can use cheek swabs or blood tests.
Prenatal paternity tests can determine fatherhood during pregnancy.

The cheek swab DNA test is performed by collecting buccal (cheek) cells found on the inside of a person's cheek using a buccal or cheek swab. These swabs have wooden or plastic stick handles with a cotton on

A new DNA Laboratory is opening in Lekki on October 18 and will be offering a whooping 75% discount on DNA Paternity tests for one month as promo. I signed a publicity contract with the M.D today. Many families in Nigeria will not wear the same colour of Aso ebi this December.
All the way from Northern Ireland, the retired Medical Doctor read about the high rate of paternity fraud in Nigeria and brought his life savings to come and plant in Lekki. Nigerian Billionaires don’t know how to take advantage of the bad things in this country.
They say that only a woman knows the real father of her child. So I have just one question for Nigerian married women especially those living around Lekki axis where their husband will easily access this facility. Mummy, is your marriage safe?
