Earning money is one of the best skills to have in the modern world.

Specifically without a job.

Even if it's just having the ability to generate $200 in a matter of days.

2 sources of income (job & side hustle) are a game changer.

Bills get paid with a little extra leftover from your job.

Your side hustle money gets stashed away. Some reinvested into your hustle (hiring / equipment / ads)

> Find cheap to free items
> List for a profit
> Use good pics + post 2-3 ads a day

Sell furniture --> Easy $500 profit within 7 days.

Context: Every city is different. Meaning the market may demand something totally different.

How to find items to sell:

* Craiglist free section
* Gumtree
* Yard sales
* @GoodwillIntl
* Offerup
* FB Marketplace

Search for what items sell the most. You are looking for 100% free items or items you can get for almost nothing.

Many times I'd find a couch for $80 and turn a profit of $200ish. The 🔑 to this applies to every biz model.

Profit > not making money

You increase your profit by getting good quality items for as cheap as possible.

How to flip items online:

Now it's time to list your items.

Look around Craigslist/FB and you'll notice quickly how terrible people's ads are there.

❌ bad lighting
❌ terrible quality pics
❌ unclear in copy

How to make money on craigslist and all others?

✅ have good quality images
✅ post variations of the ad 2-3x a day
✅ get back to people quickly

Getting paid:

Only accept cash, cash app, or venmo. You can even use your own card reader. Customers love this 😉.

❌ Checks (just don't brah)
❌ Meet in a public area (parking lots)
❌ Only deliver to them if they pay upfront + a fee

Turning $0 into $1,000's:

Let me repeat, you get items for cheap and sell for a profit.

My first sale was a $180 profit for an item I got for free.

Easy way to turn $0 into whatever you want.
