@DVLAgovuk So @DVLAgovuk I've spent an hour on the phone tonight going round in circles only to be told my complaint is being dealt with?! By who and when? I was asked if i can I ring back tomorrow.🤣.. Why am I doing the chasing round? You ring me with a solution tomorrow 5/10/21

@DVLAgovuk So I took the plunge and called back @DVLAgovuk to no avail. No-one seems to have access to help me or deal with the complaint. So what am I to do? You haven't contacted me at all since 8th Sept.ive contacted you but you're customer service cant help. Call me #CustomerServiceWeek

I Sent the complaint 30 mins after getting turned away from my test because you deleted an entitlement off my license in error.

@DVLAgovuk I've now made a @DVLAgovuk #ChiefExecutive complaint, absolutely terrible service. Why have a complaints dept if no one can speak to them, and they don't contact you 🙄

@DVLAgovuk @transportgovuk @grantshapps @PHSOmbudsman is it possible for someone "with the authority" to contact me from the @DVLAgovuk a formal complaint made on 8.9.21 ignored, a CEO email ignored. The lack of communication is appalling, I've rung yet no one is authorised to talk to me 🤔

@DVLAgovuk @transportgovuk @grantshapps @PHSOmbudsman Why was my medical case only just closed? Why was my BE provisional entitlement deleted? why? Denied taking my B+E test because of @DVLAgovuk error, and now no tests can be taken. I've rang but no one can speak to me or tell me what's going on.

I did everything right, even took lessons ready to pass the test, How is it fair that because I notified of disability my entitlement was deleted?
