@DVLAgovuk turned up to take my B+e test today at 10am to be turned around because I dont have a b+e provisional on my license. I want a phone call ASAP as you have allowed me to book and pay for this test... And then turned me down last minute.

@DVLAgovuk The guys at the test centre basically went... Computer says no.. That's ist end of... Test fee lost.. Lesson fees lost... And can't get through to anyone..

@DVLAgovuk time off work.. Time booked a good 2 months in advance when the test was booked.... No phone call, no hint of an issue.. Nothing...

@DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk absolutely appalled by the service I've recived.

Even better is finding my paper copy with my BE entitlement on until 2052
If the @DVLAgovuk have taken my entitlement off because ei have 1 leg and drive an automatic, then I think a case of #disability #discrimination might be had. Also why is there no disability B+E test?

I learnt to tow a trailer because I want to tow a caravan so I can enjoy family holidays. Today the @DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk have made a mistake, won't own up and have left me out of time, out of pocket, and upset. I want to be the right side of the law, but you made a mistake.

@limblessassoc @AF_amputation any of your lawyers dealt with disability discrimination with driving tests against the @DVLAgovuk and @DVSAgovuk

Currently on hold to the medical team @DVLAgovuk but the webchat advisor is being very helpful. If the medical team has withdrawn entitlement based on #disability

So now I'm awaiting a "Priority" call from the @DVLAgovuk about why and when this BE entitlement was taken off...sorry won't be good enough in this situation.

@DVLAgovuk how long will this take?

@DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk I shouldn't be chasing this.. It isn't my fault... My time should not be spent trying to get you to correct this.. I've dealt with a lot over the years... never ever had this level of ignorance though. Call me please and explain.

@DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk @GOVUK please call me and explain to me what has gone on. Why have you taken my money and booked my B+E test, then turned me away at the test centre, and you can't give me an answer. Time, money, energy, wasted through no fault of mine.

A driving entitlement has been taken off my license without explanation or knowledge, B+E test booked and paid for, lessons had, ... then to be told, flat No can't do test, at the test centre!

Phoned #DVLA no explanation... Even told I should have the entitlement🤣 #DVSA booked the test and took the money... 2 months I've had this booked for and they tell me at the test center.. No.
Best bit is they can't tell me why the entitlement was taken off.

I've done everything right...where is my "Priority"
not even a DM request or anything. #Shameful spoke to the medical team on the phone and not even they gave me an explaination.

dvla medical team didnt resolve it, and the DVLA say its the DVSA with the issue regarding entitlement . totally confused and frustrated.

So @DVSAgovuk have had the courtesy to be in contact, the @DVLAgovuk though, nothing, I did all the chasing yesterday, to get told I'd be a "Priority".... I certainly don't feel like it.... . #Ignored certainly doing nothing for my stress levels.

Why would an entitlement be taken off my license? Without my knowledge or consent @DVLAgovuk you have cause me extreme stress over this having paid money out for a @DVSAgovuk test, only to be turned away. Knowing I was then towing illegally makes me even more distressed.

I was taking my B+E to legally tow.. Getting a caravan for my 40th, to allow us to have family holidays after a naff 10 years of Cancer, to be turned away, towing illegally to the test centre and on my lessons, using my car, makes me feel sick.

The BE provisional entitlement is given to everyone who passes their test, mine was passed in 1999, entitled until 2052, why has this been removed? when? and what are you doing to rectify it? @DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk

Knowing now that you removed an entitlement from me, which made my car insurance void and I was driving illegally while towing, whilst on my lessons too, not only put me at risk, my instructor, but every other road user and the public. I feel sick @DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk

@DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk and now this🤬🤬 all the stress, all the pressure, driving illegally... To 20th September, no test needed to tow.. If you put my entitlement on!! I feel even worse now, towing illegally, whilst trying to do the right thing and pass my b+e.

Can you guarantee that I'll be entitled, just like everyone else, to tow? Even though you've taken my provisional BE off me for no reason? @DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk

@DeborahMeaden going off your tweet about this... Not only HGV drivers, but regular drivers, not being shown how to hitch and u hitch, or reverse with a load of up to 3500kg on their vehicle. @DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk

I tried to be legal and they screwed me over, time, money, stress, they screwed my driving instructor... Alllll, well, for nothing it appears... As from the 20th no test is needed🤬 I tried to be legal, @DVLAgovuk made me illegal @DeborahMeaden

And still no communication from @DVLAgovuk or @DVSAgovuk 😔 happy to take my money, but then cause no end of stress turning up for a test that I was turned away from due to the DVLA making a error and the DVSA overruling it.

@grantshapps why is it taking so long for answers to my questions. Humiliated at the test centre, stressed, and out of pocket, time and energy. No communication, no information, no answers, and no idea. Not how I like to treated by anyone let alone the @DVLAgovuk or @DVSAgovuk

So here's a thing, I got sent a new photo license in the post, no new info on it, but checking my entitlement online, I now have provisional B license🤔 and provisional B+E...... So now I'm even more delayed in getting my B+E license as there's no tests 🤬 @DVLAgovuk @DVSAgovuk

And why is my entitlement start date only from Dec 2019?? @DVLAgovuk
