1. Overgeneralizing.

You see a constant negative pattern based on one event.

2. Blaming.

You tend to blame others for your problems or mistakes.

Or you blame yourself when it is not entirely your fault.
3. Shoulds.

You have rigid code of conduct dictating how you and others should behave.

You criticize yourself if you miss to follow these rules.

4. Thinking Extremes.

You see the things at absolutes - best or worst, and nothing intermediate.
5. Negativity Bias.

You see only negatives in the given situation, but miss to see the positives even if it is very evident.

6. Catastrophizing.

You expect the worst in every situation.
7. Labelling.

You label yourself negatively in every possible scenario.

8. Magical Thinking.

You think everything will be better when you are smarter, richer or if you get a new job.

You constantly think that you current situation is not sufficient for you.
9. Over Personalizing.

You take things personal, when they aren't. You accept others opinions are facts.

You conclude that what ever people around you do, it is in reaction to what you do/say.

10. Mind Reading.

You tend to make assumptions of what others are thinking.
11. High Standards.

You hold yourself to very high standard and you behave as if you are above everyone else around you.

You tend to look down on people around you.
12. Fairness Fallacy.

You think things should work out according to what you think is fair.

13. Emotional Reasoning.

You think your feelings are reality.
How about you stop dwelling on past and regretting your failures?

How about you take full control over your emotions, thoughts and actions?
