I have a few very simple questions for the people of British Columbia:
After reviewing the data from this thread, do you think that we are at a better place during the pandemic with restrictions, mask mandates, and vaccinations?

If you are dissatisfied with our current state in the pandemic, perhaps it's time that we started asking our elected officials why we are in a WORSE place THIS YEAR with vaccinations, restrictions, and mandates than we were LAST YEAR w/NONE of these things?

If masks work, then why do we have more infections/ deaths this year than we did last year?

If vaccines passports work by excluding vaccinated people from public places, then how come we have more cases/infections/hospitalizations than LAST YEAR without them?

If vaccine reduce hospitalizations then how come we have more people in hospital this year, 2021, with a 88.2% single dose vaccination rate than last year, 2020, with ZERO vaccinated; and more people in the ICU this year, 2021, than last year, 2020!?

Would any of our elected officials like to explain why we are excluding people from society, blaming illness on the unvaccinated, when last year at this time, we had less illness and death without vaccines!?

Something is wrong in the province of British Columbia. If our elected officials have been telling us the truth about vaccines/effectiveness, then we should be seeing less illness/hospitalization, NOT MORE. Especially since DELTA is less potent as per UK data.
