@julie_kelly2 asks the correct question about the DOJ, in light of Merrick Garland’s push yesterday to insert the federal government into local school board controversy over school curricula and CRT:
This particular issue harkens back to the campaign. Biden and most in his party buy into the thesis that America is systemically racist. If one accepts that premise, then certain conclusions follow, as night follows day. First is that the white race is inherently an oppressor
race. Next is that to correct this inherent injustice, the govt needs to promote “equity” as opposed to equal opportunity. And since this is all systemic, the only long lasting cure is to indoctrinate children in the righteousness of these theories. Finally, anyone who disagrees
must, by definition, be either a racist. member of the oppressor race, or a brainwashed “Uncle Tom” member of an oppressed race. The consequence of this way of thinking is that the Federal Govt must insert itself into local politics, because systemic racism is being promoted
and there must threats and violence, because that’s the only way oppressor racists maintain their power. In other words, it’s a fiction built on a fiction, built on another fiction.
For rational citizens of this country who believe in local control of public education, the takeaway should be that reducing anything-or everything- in politics to race takes the government down a slippery slope, tending towards authoritarianism.

Latest news on the integrity of voting machines: Kurt Olsen, a lawyer for Mike Lindell, appeared on Steve Bannon’s War Room today with a bombshell. He says that his legal team just learned that last week in a case in GA, a 25,000 word expert report by Professor Haderman of Univ
of Michigan, was filed under seal. The report addresses serious vulnerabilities in Dominion electronic voting systems that leave them exposed to hacking and tampering, jeopardizing the integrity of elections. Mr. Olsen read from an affidavit of Prof, Halferman, in which he
summarizes the issued and requests permission to deliver the report to CISA so that agency could take appropriate action given primaries for the 2022 election are only 9 months away. The request to unseal the report is being fought by SoS Raffensberger and by Dominion.
A letter to the Biden Administration from the National School Boards Assn spawned today’s response from AG Garland that the DOJ will be getting involved. The letter doesn’t cite any incidents of threats or violence (although it does claim that protesters in one School Board
meeting stripped down to their underwear- clearly something that would attract the DOJ’s attention). But in s footnote the letter cites a fact sheet summarizing statistics on demonstrations across the country- with both pro-CRT and anti-CRT demonstrators. acleddata.com/2021/07/14/fac…
The fact sheet doesn’t list any violence or threats, but it does note that right wing militia groups attended three demonstrations. Maybe that’s why the entire DOJ, including FBI and US Attorneys around the country need to gear up.
Breaking: Durham’s indictment of Sussmann reads like a conspiracy indictment, but one significant piece is only hinted at. The indictment describes “purported” DNS lookups and quotes from internal emails sent to and from cyber scientists, including Tech Executive-1 (Joffe) and
Tea Leaves (April Lorenz), suggesting their proof of a secret communication channel between Trump and Alfa Bank was weak. The indictment only hints that underneath it all, the evidence presented by Sussmann to the FBI was bogus. Many in this corner of Twitter, including yours
truly, took this hint from Durham of fabricated evidence and drew several conclusions as to where the investigation is headed. Today, thanks to @codyave , we now have a copy of a RICO suit filed in state court in PA in June 2020, by Alfa Bank against “John Doe” defendants.
Alan Dershowitz and other lawyers have filed a civil RICO class action case against Dominion and its PR firm, for engaging in “Lawfare” against ordinary citizens who worked as poll watchers, election personnel, etc during the 2020 election. Plaintiffs each received letters from
Dominion or its PR firm threatening billion dollar legal action, demanding retractions of unspecified defamatory statements, and demanding preservation of large sets of private records and communications. The claim is that the plaintiffs were guilty of nothing more than carrying
out their civic duty by reporting election irregularities and signing affidavits describing what they saw. Many affidavits were filed or were meant to be filed in court proceedings. Most didn’t even mention Dominion. Nevertheless Dominion allegedly engaged in a nationwide
Those interested in the details of the Sussmann case, as well as breadcrumbs Durham has left indicating where he may be headed, there are two articles you should read. First us by Jeff Carlson and Hans Mahncke in Epoch Times: theepochtimes.com/details-in-mic…
Jeff and Hans do a stellar job of describing the case and persons identified in the indictment. The second is by @Techno_Fog , and goes into detail on the ins and outs of possible defendants in conspiracy charges soon to be brought by Durham. Here’s @Techno_Fog ‘s excellent
Bongino’s show today about the coverup both inside the FBI and by people like Sussmann bringing tips and evidence- a coverup that concealed their source, the Clinton Campaign- reminds me of another instance that fits the same pattern. On Sept 23, 2016, Christopher Steele met with
DOJ lawyer Bruce Ohr, and relayed to Ohr some of the fabricated claims about Trump, including the Alfa Bank fiction. Ohr testified that Steele said who he was working for, but it was a strange name Ohr had never heard before and couldn’t remember. If Ohr is telling the truth,
Steele lied. He and his firm Orbis were working under a contract with Fusion GPS (which Ohr was certainly familiar with, because his wife worked there), which in turn was working under a contract with Perkins Coie, the Clinton Campaign’s lawyers. BTW the five year anniversary of
