At this time associate dean Sally Weaver is still in her position per @umontana spokesperson Dave Kuntz.

#BREAKING: Per Kirgis' email to the law school community, it sounds as associate dean Weaver will also step down from her position. UM has not confirmed if she has formally resigned as of 9:13 a.m.

Important to note that Kirgis' resignation is for his position as dean, not as a faculty professor. It is intended that he will return to the classroom, though that timeline has not been nailed down yet.
