Really hate this now age of doping in cycling. Making it absolutely impossible to enjoy the sport once again. I wish Pogačar could at least cheat in a believable way. Out here breaking Kayfabe on the regular.

I find it really interesting how still, even now, women are consistently told that the only thing that is important about us is our child bearing capacity. I mean this is simply true of the younger generation that cannot afford to have kids now anyway, but it is leveled at women.

It is this biological essentialism that feminism needs to work against in a number of ways. First we need to decouple the idea of womanhood from reproductive capacity. Second we need to create a world that actually supports parents when they do have children.

You have to read this amazing story of a woman who got so mad that she isn't popular and can't get published that she sues someone for plagiarism. It is just truly sensational.

On the day when the facts of the Sarah Everard murder are coming to the fore, while there are cops with Nazi tattoos on the floor of the Labour conference, I have no idea how to express how genuinely disturbing it is to hear Starmer say we need more police to keep women safe.
This argument is at the best willfully ignorant and at the worst intentionally harmful. What are we supposed to do with this? What do we have to do to make people see that there is a problem here?

Just finished dressing up to meet my mate and watch Drag Race UK at the pub and B says to me, upon seeing my look, "It's a bit much isn't it? You're just going to the pub." Honestly.

Getting ejected from the party for my very meaningful (walked him for one hour) friendship with Costello the alpaca.
Real ones only.
Costello was the boss of his group of alpacas and had to walk first in line. Much 2 learn about alpaca politics.

I have watched my fav film Showgirls very literally dozens of times in my life, but I just rewatched it for a @ComradioUk episode and I think it is the first time in my life I have ever seen it totally sober and in the morning. It hits very different. (Unbearably uncomfortable?.)
My other fav film is Amadeus and they are in many ways the same film and I will not be taking any questions on that.
