In a sentencing memo filed this week for Jack Griffith, the feds say he showed "virtually no remorse for his conduct" and was "wearing what appears to be a homemade jacket that says 'Trump won MAGA' in puff paint" when he was arrested. They want three months in prison.
"I’m not gonna be too cocky, but I’m pretty sure I’m good lol Just got ordered to have my ankle monitor removed too.”
"The defendant came to D.C. and gleefully stormed the Capitol… he has used the media attention to try and profit from his actions and his Trump video game and to generally promote his online persona.” storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
The government cited @ZoeTillman’s story here on Griffith’s video game: buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetil…
Government also cited Judge Tanya Chutkan’s words at Matthew Mazzocco’s sentencing this week: huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
“What happened on that day was nothing less than the attempt of a violent mob to prevent the orderly and peaceful certification of an election… That mob was trying to overthrow the government.””
Sentencing for Jack Griffith is set for Oct. 22.

Brittiany Dillon’s actions were "motivated by false information” and she has shown "a willingness to countenance political violence and a risk of engaging in such violence going forward,” feds say. Image
"We may lose all communications. An all out civil war may start. It will be fast because our side is more prepared.” Image

Back in February, about a month after the Capitol attack, a die-hard Buccaneers fan from Clearwater, Florida, drove to Tampa to celebrate the team’s Super Bowl win. ImageImage
He’s missing the game today. huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
In between the time that he attacked cops at the Capitol and when he was IDed in a HuffPost story in March, Robert Scott Palmer went to a Bucs parade and spoke to a reporter and allowed his real name to be associated with his photograph.

There’s a lot of important information and serious reporting in here, but it is also my Twitter duty to inform you that Mike Lindell spelled “Capitol” with an “a.”

The feds released a number of videos in connection with the detention of Jeff Sabol, aka #OrangeNTeal. You can see him charge in from left of frame at the beginning of this video, and then battling with police at :08.
Here’s what that charge looked like from the cops’ perspective:
